Shipping Policy
Order confirmation
When you place your order on our buy skymeds.store , we will immediately email you an order confirmation. Within 24 hours, you should receive a second email to confirm your order is now in processing. If we cannot fulfill your Ivermect order or there is a payment problem, we will email you.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order is in processing, it will likely be shipped that day. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied by a track and trace number if applicable. The email will outline typical shipping times and how to contact us if you have any questions.
What to Include in the Shipping Policy
On every ivermect product, the shipping is fee is $35 using registered airmail. Registered airmail is the preferred shipping method as it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. It does require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a redelivery or at which post office it is be stored for collection. They will hold them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses
We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses as long as the delivery method. On your My Account page, set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address as required.
Customs
We are based offshore in India, and your local customs treat your skymeds.store order as imported goods. When your parcel passes through Customs, there might be a delay while they process your order. We suggest that you always allow extra time and order ahead, so you are not inconvenienced during this phase. The delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you.
Delivery times
We promptly ship most orders within 24-48 hours of you placing them. The delivery times are entirely due to the postal or courier service. The table above shows the typical delivery times. Please be aware that if customs hold your order for pending import duties, they could hold your order for 3-21 days before contacting you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery times above, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery before contacting us to establish if your order is delayed with delivery, held at customs, or indeed lost.
